Why is our mustard so good?

Mustard is delicious and healthy!

We do it in accordance with tradition.

We stone grind the whole seed, mix it carefully with the best ingredients and then we let it ferment for minimum a week.

Each mustard has its very own recipe and we use fresh and if possible local ingredients. We don't use any filler (corn starch or flour) or preservative.

We keep the mustard oil because it is very beneficial for your health and the oil is a preservative.

  • Mustard is digestive and appetite - stimulating. Fatty food will be better digested because mustard stimulates the production of salvia and gastric juice.
  • The oil from the mustard seeds are antibacterial. This will block the growth of viruses, fungi and bacteria.
  • Mustard is rich in selenium (anti-inflammatory effects), calcium, manganese (essential nutrient), omega 3, iron, zinc, protein and dietary fiber
  • A new study shows that mustard can reduce the risk of cancer.
